One of the best places to eat in Paris, Camp 31 BBQ is great for families to experience american food, like our chili . Was in town for business and saw the good reviews on Yelp, so we gave the place a shot. I'm not a huge rib fan so I've stayed away but when I heard their fried chicken was to die for, I went the next day. People were lined up outside waiting to get a table, I took this as a good sign. I discovered Camp 31 at the ribfest in Pickering this summer, I randomly picked out two of the vender's there which i thought looked like the had  good ribs and Camp 31 was on of them. One good reason to visit Paris, Ontario!Fabulous BBQ ribs, nice and effective service, nice place.... and fabulous ribs (again!) Contact the business for more information about recent service changes.

There sandwiches, equally tasty.LOVE the actual restaurant. It was so good I didn't feel the need to butter it.Fried Chicken: WOWZA i didn't even look in the direction of the pulled pork or brisket as I devoured my piece.Camp 31 Rajun Cajun Bbq Sauce: Just try it.. tiny amount of kick but huge amount of flavor. The rest of it was good but those 3 really stood out. Had a pint of Great Lakes IPA that was also excellent. Iam giving them 5 stars based on the food.

The best part of that whole entire meal was 3 parts: Corn Bread: Enjoyed the bits of corn in the better, crispy on the outside but moist and slightly sweet on the inside. Great beans, too. But there ribs are the best this side of Memphis! They were defiantly better then the other rack of ribs picked out from another booth so I decided to take a trip to Paris to have them again..The restaurant was packed!! Ribs were tender and moist.

I'd definitely revisit again to try other meals on the menu. The customer should always come first! and mac n cheese, yum! ..A bit of a drive but definitely worth it! Deep fried dill pickles were the star of the show. They are potato slice like pieces of pickle instead of the wedges I've usually seen.

If you been to enough ribfests in Ontario, you probably see Camp 31 Bar-B-Q as one of the vendors. At ribfest they serve side ribs so I wanted to try their baby backs. Ordered the backside special with Mac and cheese side along with the beans. They didn't seem as good as they were as ribfest, as I remembered them to be..Overall, the food was just average, if I'm in the area I would come back but I  don't think I will be making any special trip to come back anytime soon.

Camp 31 IS "thee" dinner spot of Escambia Co; step in, sit back, 'n enjoy --- 'an my-my-my, that brisket be moist and full-o-flavor... did done slow, and did done right ...a good place to settle in for a long lasting dinner w friends & family, comfortable seating; great service; exceptional food --- deceptively small, scrumptous menu, and setup to serve large groups as well. I've lived 15 minutes away from those place for 18 years and just made my first visit. Camp 31 is by far my favourite place for ribs and pulled pork. Their wings and ribs are fabulous.
